Russ Humphreys & Associates was established in 1967, when Russ, having spent several years as a senior underwriter for a major insurance company, decided to go into business for himself. In the ensuing years, the Agency has grown to include a staff of experienced insurance specialists and highly trained Customer Service Representatives. At present, we service the needs of over 4000 clients living and working throughout California. With our three locations and using the latest in computer technology, we can assure continuing and accurate assistance with any of your insurance needs.
